Jim has dealt with commercial real estate sales, land acquisitions, site selection and retail leasing since 1980. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1974 with a BA in speech. He knows that self-reliance and self-motivation are the most important tools for success as a commercial real estate broker. His outside interests include high school football officiating and classic cars.

Commercial Vice President and Real Estate Broker, NAI Harrison Levy Company, Oklahoma City, OK 1982 to 2004 when company merged with Beffort Brooks and Hogan to form Grubb and Ellis | Levy Beffort. Sales, acquisitions, leasing of commercial property and income producing property. He has been a broker representative for many national clients including Auto Zone, CircuitCity and Associated Host.

Leasing Director and Property Manager, John A. Henry & Co., Oklahoma City, OK 1980 to 1982. Handled leasing and management of 250,000 SF of shopping center properties, pad site sales, hired and directed maintenance and construction staff, land leasing and contract negotiations for oil and gas exploration activities including representation of Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Property Specialist for the City of Oklahoma City 1977 to 1980. Handled right of way and real estate acquisition project development, community relations, contract negotiations and easement damage settlements.
