CAREER SUMMARY
At Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort, Russell is primarily responsible for land sales to retail devolopers with strong emphasis on land in the Oklahoma City Metro 1-35 corridor and surrounding areas. His responsibilities include financial and market analysis for property valuation, lease analysis and negotiation, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, and developing specialized marketing programs to maximize property growth and long term value.
Russell’s sales experience and comprehensive training at Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort has prepared him for unique and challenging marketing opportunities. Past clients he has represented include ING Insurance, Radio Shack, Check First, Allstate Insurance, Tune-Up Masters, and Clearview REIT.
In addition to conventional brokerage, Russell is prepared for consultation in build-to-suit opportunities in power center and freestanding locations.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort, Russell was responsible for launching the new Oklahoma City metro Feist Yellow Page directory.
