Jim specializes in site selection, site acquisition and leasing, marketing properties, and investment analysis with an emphasis in industrial properties. His primary concern is providing his clients with accurate up-to-date information which will enable them to make informed, qualified real estate decisions.

Jim has been with Grubb & Ellis | Levy Beffort, formerly NAI Harrison Levy Company, since 1999. Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Jim worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Prior to his real estate career, Jim spent nine years in the public accounting sector.
