Thank you for searching with our property search engine. All fields in the search are optional. If you click on the "Search" button without entering any data in the search form you will get a list of all the properties that match the default search criteria. You can narrow your search by entering any data that pertains to the type of property that you are looking for. If there are any questions that deal withhow our search engine works, we have included a brief summary of every field that is in the search criteria.

 

Search Type: Select from "For Sale" or "For Lease" to the right. This will limit your search to only the property for sale or for lease depending on the item that was selected.

 

Property: The property field gives users the option of typing in the name of the actual property that you are searching for. If you know the exact name of the property that you are looking for, this would be the first place to start. Remember, all fields in this search are optional.

 

Property Class: All Properties are broken down into three classes, "A", "B" and "C". "A" is the highest class and quality of property down to "C". Click on the down arrow next to the Property Class field and select from the three types.

 

Location: For "Location" there are several selections to choose from. "All Markets" = Anywhere "DT" = Downtown "NW" = Northwest "N" = North "SW" = Southwest "MT" = Metro "Edmond" "Norman" Select the location that best describes the property that you are searching for and your search will be narrowed to just properties in that location. Or else select "All Markets", and you will not limit your search to one location.

 

Rental Range : There are two fields that make up this search criteria. In the first field you enter the lowest amount of square footage. In the second field you enter the highest amount of square footage. If you choose to fill in these fields your search will be limited to the properties whose square footage fall in between the range of numbers you entered.

 

Lease Type: There are two choices for "Lease Type", "Full Service" and "Net". If this pertains to your search, select the item you wish to search for and your search will then be limited to your selected item. Or else select "Lease Type", and you will not limit your search to one lease type.

 

Largest Contiguous: This field allows you to search for property with a total square footage greater than the number that you enter in the field. So whatever the lowest acceptable square footage is for your search, put it in this field and no property with a square footage lower than the number you entered will be returned in your search. Remember, this field is optional. If it is left blank, the search engine will skip it over.

 

Smallest Space: This field allows you to search for property with a total square footage that is less than the number that you enter in the field. So whatever the highest acceptable square footage is for your search, put it in this field and no property with a square footage higher than the number you entered will be returned in your search. Remember, this field is optional. If it is left blank, the search engine will skip it over.
